TAPPING INTO YOUR BEST LIFE
Imbalance in our body’s energy flow can show up stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and/or physical pain. Participants learn how to use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, to remove blocks and re-align their mental, physical, and emotional bodies, resulting in a higher state of well-being.
POWER OF THE BREATH
Participants learn how to utilize mindful breathing which can lower blood pressure, increase mental capacity, release emotional and muscle tension. This results in new energy and perspectives, allowing one to approach situations with more clarity and intention.
